Returns

Spade Luxury Lashes strive to provide you with the best quality lashes and products. Due to hygienic purposes, our lashes are not eligible for any returns nor exchanges. Refunds will be issued via store credit only.

Damaged Item

To ensure that Spade Luxury Lashes are providing our customers with the best and quality products, all products are re-reviewed prior to shipment. Should there be any product not to the standard of Spade Luxury Lashes, the item(s) will be discarded and therefore not shipped.

Please note that Spade Luxury Lashes are not responsible for any damages caused by carriers in transit. If you feel you received a damaged item during transit, please contact USPS immediately to file a claim.  In the event you receive a defective product or missing item please contact info@spadeluxurylashes.com within 48 hours of receipt of your defected/missing product delivery for a full refund via store credit (less initial shipping costs) for exchange or replacement. Refund via store credit for exchange or replacement requests after this allotted time will not be accepted or eligible. Customer must include their order number during their contact for refund via store credit for exchange or replacement to eliminate delay of processing their request.

Refund and Exchanges

Defective items not caused by carriers in transit, are eligible for full refund via store credit and replacement only. Exchanges due to defective items will be a paid expense of Spade Luxury Lashes. Refund via store credit for exchanges/ replacements will be processed within 1 – 5 business days upon receipt of customers returned defective product and will be sent notification advising of refund via store credit being processed. If customer opt to receive an exchange and the item is out of stock, the customer will be notified of the re-stock date or given an option to be sent another item of equal value.

Spade Luxury Lashes will remit any exchanges to the address provided by customer during checkout only. Refunds are issued via store credit only. No exceptions.
